Las Cruces - The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) along with Paveover Inc. will continue the work along NM 478 in the Mesilla Park area.
The contractor will have various lane closures between Holy Cross Road and Conway Road (near mile marker 14) where traffic interference will be on the northbound lands, and will switch over to the southbound lanes by July 24, 2015. Traffic control will be set up daily Monday through Friday from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm. A pilot car and flagging personnel will be placed within the work zone during daily operations as motorists encounter intermittent lane closures and reduction in speed.
The NMDOT along with Paveover Inc. is asking motorists to use caution and to anticipate minor delays when entering the work zone.
