Advised that he is not causing problems but seems to be challenging them. Officer advised that when located the male will be issued an indefinite CTW for Harrison Schmitt building but will still be allowed to use the parking lot to drop off wife, but . . .

Caller advised that a male and a female are at customer service trying to return stolen merchandise for money – both wearing black. Advised that the male is bald with tattoos on his neck. Officer issued indefinite CTWs for all Walmarts to both.

Caller advised that a named female and 8-year-old daughter have been missing for 24 hours. Advised that they left for Deming to do some Christmas shopping and their family hasn’t heard from them either. Officer called Luna County Detention Center/negative contact.

Caller requested a CTW be issued to a named male/advised that he was just served a writ/once the deputies left he came back. Officer had contact at 16th/Canal and issued CTW for the whole trailer park.

Officer advised that a neighbor came to complain that another male’s music was too loud and turned it down. Then the male turned it back up because he didn’t think it was too loud. Male caller wanted his neighbor to leave him alone.
