The anonymous photographer took more photos on Thursday, Dec. 17, and reports: Some obvious changes since Tuesday, such as uncovering some of the concrete, and pouring a lot of concrete at the south end of the bridge.
Lots of miscellaneous jobs being done. The structure for the fencing on the pedestrian walk almost done.
