Bayard Police Department

Monday, Dec. 7

Welfare check
Tom Foy Blvd. and Lusk Street
Caller advised that a vehicle had its hazard lights going off and on. Officer advised that they were having electrical problems/they are okay.

Tuesday, Dec. 8

Harassment
N. Franey Street
Caller advised that a named male is harassing him and going to his property after being served with a writ.

Wednesday, Dec. 9

Harassment
Dayhill Street
Caller advised that cousins are harassing him and he needs police protection until he can get into a mental institution.

Welfare check
Runnels Drive
Caller advised that a male is on the ground yelling near the Corre Caminos bus stop. Officer advised that it was a named male who tripped and fell/we got him picked up and home/everything is okay.

Criminal damage to property
Chino Street
Caller advised that someone went into her house while she was gone and spit ‘loogies’ on her inside mirrors. Officer on scene.

Thursday, Dec. 10

Unwanted subject
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller advised that a named male is inside the store and they want a CTW issued in reference to a previous shoplifting of Fireball whiskey.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Hurley Avenue
Caller advised that someone broke the windows to his vehicle.

Domestic disturbance
Walnut Street
Caller wants law enforcement to pick up her son/he is causing problems/he has been drinking/caller hung up. Officer advised in foot pursuit with male/going toward North Street/going up North Street/has male in custody.

Officer advised that a 47-year-old male is not feeling well/feeling nervous or anxious/alert/breathing normal.

Wednesday, Dec. 9

Welfare check
Cortez Avenue
Officer advised checking on an animal.

Littering
Highway 180 – North Hurley Road
Caller advised that a silver pickup with trash in the back has it flying all over the roadway headed to Tri-City Landfill. Officer made contact advising she is en route back to pick up the trash.

Santa Clara Police Department

Tuesday, Dec. 8

Domestic disturbance
N. Cleveland Street
Caller advised that her boyfriend is fighting with her/advised that he was shooting his gun and pointed it at her neck/advised that she is at Cleveland and Cottonwood on foot. Caller advised that her boyfriend has the .45 with him and he stated that he was going to kill himself as he left.

Wednesday, Dec. 9

Welfare check
Caller advised that her significant other had a gun to her head. Dispatch advised that SCPD made contact on Raven Drive advising that she was asleep and the female should be at home in Santa Clara. Officer had negative contact.
