Caller advised that a deer is alive on the side of the road near Mountain View and Hilltop and it is suffering. Officer advised that it looked to be hit by a vehicle and advised that one round was discharged to the deer in its head. Second caller advised that the deer is still alive even after officers left.

Caller advised that an adult male and female tried to take a knife and had something under their jackets. Advised that they left west in a black Kia sedan.
