Koats for Kids
The Silver City Police Department is starting the drive for Koats for Kids. This year we would like to finish the drive by December 01, 2014, so we can get the coats distributed before Christmas break. As in the past, the coats will be distributed to the local area schools for children in need.
Also, we will be accepting gloves/mittens and beanies for the children.
The items can be dropped off at the Silver City Police Department. Please help out those children in need by donating a coat today!
Holiday Food Baskets
In conjunction with the American Legion Allingham-Golding Post 18, we will be preparing food baskets for those in need again this year. We are hoping to do at least 5 complete baskets for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. Please help out by dropping off any can goods or items at the Silver City Police Department.
