Monday, Oct. 12

Larceny
Country Road
Caller advised that a bench from the front yard of his neighbor’s house is missing.

Harassment
Chalcocite Court – Tyrone
Caller advised that his female neighbor is outside yelling and cussing at him while he is working on his vehicle. Deputy made contact with both parties.

Larceny
Highway 90 – Tyrone
Caller advised that someone took off his license plate from his trailer. Advised that he needs deputies to call before they come because he has horses and can’t leave the gate open.

Loud music
Coleman Drive
Deputy out with some subjects and a car on/female agreed to turn it off/clear.

Tuesday, Oct. 13

Welfare check
Airport Road
Caller advised a male is walking in the middle of the roadway in dark clothing. Deputy made contact and advised male has an outstanding warrant out of Judge Grijalva’s court for $576 or surety bond.

Separ and Gage roads
Caller advised that a patient of hers called stating he is broken down in the middle of nowhere on a side road off of Highway 90.

Stolen vehicle
Pinos Altos Cemetery
Caller advised that a young female just got into their ‘94 white Ford Equaline and took off toward Silver City, but she is still there driving around the ‘loop’. Deputy out at cemetery.

Welfare check
W. Highway 180 and W. Market Street
Caller advised that an elderly female is standing there by herself. Deputy advised that she is taking pictures of the mountains and appears to be OK.

Fierro Road – Fierro
Caller advised that yelling and screaming is coming from across the street. Deputy made contact and advised that it was from the homeowner yelling at the Mets/everything is OK.

Wednesday, Oct. 14

Suspicious vehicle
Fort Bayard Cemetery – 1 a.m.
Deputy advised that it was some college students walking around/having them leave the area.

Battery
Armijo and Christopher Road
Caller advised that a named male threw her out of a van on Oct. 23, 2013.

Criminal damage to property
McKnight Road
U.S. postal mailbox damaged.

Missing persons
Ridge Road
Caller advised that a 16-year-old foster child has not returned home and she was supposed to meet caller at the office at 3:30 p.m. Advised to cancel/she showed up at the office.

Larceny
Grand Mesa
Caller advised that a named male stole her phone and sold it to his mom and now they are wanting caller to buy it back from them.

Thursday, Oct. 15

Loud music

Deputy advised that the homeowner went out and met with deputy and advised that he would turn the music down for the night.

Harassment
H Bar M Road – Oakgrove
Caller advised that a male has been harassing her by coming up behind her and honking and being reckless with his driving.

Missing persons
Latigo Trail – White Signal
Caller advised that his 68-year-old wife has been missing for four hours since she went to Tyrone for a yoga class.

Welfare check
Humbolt Mountain Road – Hanover
Caller advised that his wife has not answered the phone. Caller called back advising that they found her with a 95-year-old aunt at assisted living.

Caller advised that he has not heard from his 76-year-old mother since yesterday and he has been calling her all day. Deputy made contact with the mother and she is fine/she did not want to speak with deputy and asked him to leave.

Battery
Avenue B – Hachita
Caller advised that a male was in a fight with his son and the male has a laceration over the eye. Advised that he is in the ER at Mimbres Memorial.

Accident – property damage
Highway 35 @Mimbres Café
Caller advised that she hit a deer and did damage to her vehicle. Deputy out with deer north of the Mimbres Yucca.
