On October 13, 2015, Bayard City Council held its regular meeting.
Bayard City Council approved two easement agreements between Foy Inc. and the City of Bayard.
One was for the roadway easement to access the well field, and the other one was the water line easement at the well field.
The agreement for the easements will provide for five taps to be utilized within 10 years by Foy Inc. or forfeited, and a fee of $2,500.
