Stolen motor vehicle
Royal Street
Caller advised that a named male took off with his vehicle including all his keys and paperwork for the vehicle. Advised that his brother is a known drug user and shot a subject at a Deming rest stop and went to prison, but is now out and does what he wants.

Welfare check
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised that she fell off her bed. Officer advised that a nurse is on scene.

Sunday, Oct. 11

Domestic disturbance
East Street
Caller advised that her aunt’s boyfriend was on top of her but left on a motorcycle. Officer advised that the male left prior to arrival and caller advised it was all verbal. Officer issued the male an indefinite CTW for the entire complex.

Caller advised that he hasn’t seen his 7-year-old son in four days. Officer had contact and advised that everything was okay/the reason the child was not in school was because the mother was advised not to send him until the paperwork . . .

Caller advised that a window of a home he owns has been broken.

Caller advised that she can hear yelling and believes an elderly person lives there.
