Public Hearing to be held at Silver City Town Council meeting Sept. 22

LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Silver City Council will hold a public hearing during its regular Council Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at 6:00 pm at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. The agenda will include:
Public Hearing:
A. Approval/Disapproval of Restaurant Liquor License with Patio Service, Application # 964311, Applicant Name: Dirtwater Enterprises, LLC, DBA Vicki's Eatery, Proposed Location: 315 N. Texas St., Silver City, NM, and a waiver of NMSA 1978 Section 60-6B-10 for alcohol sales near a church or school.

Agendas are available prior to the meeting and may be obtained at City Hall, 101 W. Broadway and City Hall Annex, 1203 North Hudson, or on the Town's website, www.townofsilvercity.org .
