Lloyd Von Wolff, born May 12, 1940 to Mable and Ralph Von Wolff, Las Vegas New Mexico died at home on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 in Deming, New Mexico, of cancer related complications.
Lloyd was a UNM Alumni-1962, and served his country in the Armed forces. He spent most of his working days as a New Mexico educator. His contributions as a Mayfield High School biology teacher and wrestling coach will forever be remembered by the students he influenced.
Lloyd enjoyed a healthy active lifetime of hobbies, including a love of tennis, family fishing, bird watching, guitar playing, photo taking and distance running in 4 marathons. As a member of U.S.T.A. he was a Southwest 2013 Tennis finalist.
He is survived by two sons, Richard and Karl, daughter in-law Terri, two grandchildren Alexandra and Nicholas, and sister Martha.
