Welfare check

A named female wrote a suicide note to United Tissue Network (body donations to science). The letter is dated in May but mailed Aug. 3, and they just received it. Officer advised that she is OK and will be by to pick up the letter.

Vehicle burglary
N. Gold Street
Stereo was stolen.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a male and a female took a cart full of electronics and housewares and that the male is covered in tattoos.

Graffiti
Skate Park
Caller advised that a male wearing a blue tank top and baggy pants was doing graffiti on the bowl and is down in the ditch right now. Officer had Parks Department respond and officer ATL the male.

Fight
Penny Park
Three males/physical. Second caller advised four males in back of the school. Officers had contact/clear.

Shoplifting
1956 E. Highway 180
Caller advised an adult female not causing problems is at Register 1. Officer issued her an indefinite CTW to Albertsons.

Caller advised that Albertsons does not want to pursue charges against the male as they got all their merchandise back, but wanted an indefinite CTW issued to him.

Domestic disturbance
E. Kelly Street
Caller advised that a named male is hitting caller and breaking things in the home then disconnected the line. Officers advised they are transporting a 40-year-old with a head laceration to the hospital. Advised that it was all verbal.

1506 N. Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised that a 50-year-old female who possibly has dementia, fell and didn’t know who she was or where she was. Officer advised that a neighbor from Silver Cliffs is coming down to help her walk home.

Unwanted subject
S. Bennett Street
Caller advised that a female who has been staying in a trailer on the property has permission to be there, but a male there who is being obnoxious does not have permission to be there.

Disturbance
1313 E. 32nd Street
Caller advised that a 7-year-old grandson got into it with his dad on Corbin Street and are now in the ER. The grandmother advised officers that the grandson and the dad began to argue and the dad spanked him.

Battery
N. Gold Street
Caller advised that a female just pushed caller down on the ground and hurt caller’s hip, but she didn’t want an ambulance.

Suspicious vehicle
1313 E. 32nd Street
Officer advised clear/they found the owner.

Saturday, Aug. 8

Unwanted subject
Caller advised that two females have been asked to leave many times and they won’t. Officer advised to send ambulance for a 35-year-old female bleeding from her head/lights and siren.

Intoxicated persons
Visitor Center
Caller advised that a messed up female is in the bathroom and caller needs help getting her out. Officer advised the female was issued an indefinite CTW for the Visitor Center.

Unwanted subject
110 S. Bullard Street
Caller advised that a subject was asleep in the back parking lot. Officer advised all units clear/subject was awake waiting for the soup kitchen to open.

Disturbance
1455 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that one of her employees was trying to leave without paying her rent. Officer advised that it was a civil matter.

Fight
San Vicente Street
Caller advised that a first-named female stole all her stuff then caller hung up. Officer advised clear/everything was verbal.

Criminal damage to property
2200 N. Juniper Street
Caller advised that his car was being damaged.

Sunday, Aug. 9

Driving while intoxicated
1075 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a vehicle hit his vehicle and the subjects were intoxicated. Advised that caller’s vehicle was not damaged, he is just reporting that the subjects were drunk. Officer advised ATL in area of Bennett and Silver Heights.

Domestic disturbance
Leslie Road
30-year-old female not able to breathe normally/low priority.

Battery
N. Gold Street
Caller advised that a male in the ER is claiming to have been beaten up.

Welfare check
Bosworth Drive
Caller advised that caller witnessed a neighbor hit her small daughter.

Criminal trespass

Officer advised that a named female was advised by an officer not to go on his property and she just went to his front door and started crap.

Small child called 911 asking to get her dad out of jail.

Larceny
Yucca Street
Caller advised that someone just stole his dog and are now down the street at the neighbors. Officer advised waiting for tow truck for a blue 1995 Chevy pickup.

Weapons fired
Bosworth Drive
Caller advised that he heard five shots in a row about 30 seconds apart. Advised not sure if it is from a gun or fireworks. Officer had negative contact with any cartridge cases or fireworks.

E. 32nd Street
Caller advised that she has full custody of her 6-year-old daughter and her daughter will not go with her because she wants to stay with her grandparents and they are causing problems with the 6-year-old.

Harassment
S. Bennett Street
Caller advised that a male came over to caller behind the Hudson Snappy Mart and threatened to kick his ass tomorrow. Caller advised that it involves a female that lives in a travel trailer near there.
