On Saturday, August 18, we will go to the Black Hills Rock Hound State Park in Arizona, just west of Three Way. This is a beautiful drive. The Rock Hound Park is a lot like Round Mountain here in Grant County, full of white and fire agate. The area is very large and you can find your very own spot to hunt. We will meet at the former Long John Silver's parking lot at the corner of Highway 180 and Little Walnut Road. Be there at 8 AM. We will leave at 8.30 AM. Bring lots of water, lunch, chairs and cameras. Bring digging tools and some type of screen to clean the float off. You will need a rock hammer or small digging tool to hunt the other locations.
